No, Babita is not at all a justifiable, more like an insufferable character. Bebe is a mean character. While the Masi is not worthy of a mention. Of course since they are egoistic, narcissistic characters, all of them appear mean, but they still have highly negative traits that in general viewers won't tolerate.

But of course, they will show her as being mean than evil. She is the mother of the ML after all. Unless Virat will sever ties and stuff, she won't be 'shown evil'. But she is evil for me as it's apparent she sees Nimrit as a 'burden who should be married off as soon as possible'. And she wasn't happy when Virat decided to give the profits of some deal to Nimrit. Which mother won't be happy to give some wealth to their daughter ? (Unless they show Nimrit as illegitimate or adopted in the future)

They are moving towards that - starting from Jan 1 ep and perhaps going to continue. They could've started the character in a better way - for more than a month she felt uni-dimensional. Its only now that we realise there are at least a couple of more layers to her.

Not justifiable at all, but at least her motives get more clear. Kind of know where she is coming from - still needs a doctor. Bebe and aunt.. yup. cant agree more. Another character i dont find any clear motive / pattern in is Ishika. Why Jayesh? Just to give Amruta a tougher time? Could she not get anyone else? even Mr.Ahuja for that matter - or that uncle?

Like some more people, I'm also waiting to see brains & contacts of Amruta getting used from Jan 2024 episodes to justify her as a high paying, qualified, confident and experienced professional.

Dialogues boast that few years back she did two jobs to support her family financially, even cancelling her wedding on 'nth day' for Chitnis family sake.

Here NO thoughts, action, attempts shown, (which is quite contrary to her past) from her side to even apply for NEW job whether within or outside banking sector, which is unjustifiable and irksome while she is actually living in some neighbour aunt's house as a guest, with quick family responsibilities to address.

With NO savings left in her bank accounts, her bank resignation under 30 days notice period, added she is turned as if a slave working for Ahuja's, her mother is fighting divorce case, her brother is having medical college term fees pending, they have no house to live, also mother is sick on treatment, with all these issues how Amruta has agreed for immediate alliance with Gautam?Atleast it would have been respectful for her character sketch, had Amruta said she will need 6 to 12 months to settle her broken family securely, before getting married.

For sake of Nimrit's parties by ott Ahuja's (taken center stage as per writers as they have no other plots ready) it looks like Amruta has been made to lose her brains and own priorities in life.

Till Lohri it will be only Ahuja's boring house parties, so nothing worthy can be expected in Jan episodes to make Amruta justifiable about her priorities in life?

Yeah, the scene was hilarious But Viru ki Sanju and vice-versa, yeck! Virat is perfect. There is no need for a pet name or other names unless Amu chooses it (do hogaya hai dekhte hai aage: Shengdana and Drama Queen)

Yes, he does. And somehow, he is the only one defending her and feeling sad for her. One of the reasons for Virat to reconsider his thoughts on Amu.

I hope the writer does not make Amruta work at Virat's home for a long time for the sake of AmVira scenes, if he has to, then he can make her work at his office as a financial assistant after the current track ends but do the Ahujas' have any office in Bombay?

She ends up having the spiked drink - the one that Amruta wanted Rajiv to have. Will be ott ka baap - as it is her normal scenes are ott. But perhaps a good way to bring out some Ahuja secrets to Amruta's attention?

Will be. perhaps came cause Bhavani called her with the news of Amruta's rishta getting fixed.

btw, good to see how uncomfortable Viru is around Sanju - has been so since day 1. Feels as if he wont mind spending lifetime with Amruta, fighting with her rather than spending a minute with Sanju.

oh God No!!!!!! I hated this actress in Pavitra Rishta. She always delivered her dialogues in an OTT, preachy way. she may be a fabulous actress, but I don't like her acting.

I'll see her for the first time, but saw her quickly on awards shows. OTT because TV wants it to be that way (my pov), sometimes even the biggest star on TV has to overreact ( some a little some a bit more, but sab karte hai). I guess ITV hai aisi. Rare is the show with no OTT drama in it.
