I didn't realize SRK had issues with his role of Dev in KANK either. His Dev is actually one of my favorites of his characters. Did he dislike the fact that Dev and Maya consummated their relationship? I know Aditya Chopra also told Kjo this was going to far and Indian audiences would not accept this (as he likely knew from his father's experience with Silsila which was Yash Chopra's favorite movie but also rejected completely by Indian audiences when it first came out).

I'm glad SRK said no to a SOTY cameo. That movie was not worth his while for a cameo. Frankly, if he had said no to ADHM as well, that would have been fine because when he appears in that scene, suddenly you realize everything else in the movie has been complete fluff and all audiences wanted to see was this one scene with him and Aishwarya.

Karan's issues aside, I do appreciate how he and Gauri stood firm against Priyanka's fake claims and booted her out of Bollywood for trying to malign SRK's character.

They are characters written by him so he could change the way he wanted. It isn't real life where a person has free will. Another thing if some one doesn't love someone back then that person should die? What if in real life someone lives KJo bit he doesn't love the person back, now....
