Maybe you are thinking too much.

Gargi not knowing much is nothing special. Maybe she never paid attention.

Bhoomi must have been from a big family for sure that's how Shobhana agreed. Like i said it could be a case of college pregnancy before marriage of PremBhoomi. They were lovers in college and after college they got married.
