She is not in love but with Munawar she is genuine and alone in the game. The blow is hardest here as Munawar cutting off times this abruptly (for her) was not expected. She said she had always huge respect for him.. And suddenly that guy told not only half truths but also lies.. So that makes one disillusioned.. What was real and what not? That is the denial.. She cannot believe that she fell for that.. (not fell in love)
