The episode begins with Anupama lighting the diya before the deities in the restaurant , in NY, she sets off the fire alarms. Chef comes and hurriedly informs her about the fire alarms and advises her to do her Pooja outside the restaurant. Anupama understands n apologises for her mistake , she requests for Tulasi plant (holy basil) Anupama lights her diya outside and prays for her family .
Soon Shruti arrives and they thank n apologise to each other n exchange their cases . Shruti is in a hurry because Aadya has school competition. Anupama looks at Aadhya and feels she is the same age as her Choti , misses her . Anupama hands Shruti some Prasad for good luck to Aadhya for her competition .
Shruti accepts it gracefully inspite of the fact she disbelieved in such things . Later Anupama opens her suitcase and misses her family n Anuj.
At Vadodara , Dimpy is returning home after some purchases , she misses Tapish Titu and. Recollects how Kavya was persuading her to contact him . She brushes aside those thoughts , soon she feels someone following her , she gets alarmed and is about to hit him but is shocked tk find Titu standing there , he tries to persuade her to speak to him but she refuses to have anything to do with him n asks him to go away , Titu tries to speak to her but she does not want to be seen with him , asks him to understand. Titu and Vanraj hit n miss situations . Finally Titu leaves after he is hurt that Dimpy rejected him so badly , he realises Dimpy had feelings for him.
At NY , Anupama and Aadya have moments of hit n miss moments . Anupama makes masala chai and wins the chef’s appreciation . The boss of the restaurant arrives and smells masala chai n asks who had the guts to make this masala chai. All are scared . Anupama is very scared too.

Anupama is seen leaving the restaurant with some documents, she just misses noticing Anuj enter the same place accompanied by Shruti. They enjoy some tea, Anuj takes a sip and immediately recognises the same taste n flavours as Anupama’s Masala chai, he gets nostalgic.
As Anupama is hurrying , she accidentally comes face to face with Aadya , who recognises her mummy. Anupama and Aadya are shocked .
