One of the main problems...

...with this serial is that the makers do not have any clear vision or creativity.

Look at what has happened with this USA arc. Only the location has changed. There is still no character growth or change in patterns at all. It's just the old Anupamaa serial in a new package.

In this serial no matter what happens the characters seem to be stuck in their old moulds and there is absolutely no evolution. The audience can be fooled a few times but after a while even the most faithful fans will start asking what's the point of changing the packaging if the gift inside is going to be the same everytime.

The boredom will continue to grow no matter how much they invest in these ridiculous sets and costumes.

It's like heating last week's khichdi and serving it to hungry people saying it's a fusion dish. After a few weeks of this people will just lose their appetite!

No. CVS can’t show her this way after having a divorce. Trp aunties can’t even accept divorce, much less the woman becoming modern after divorce and leaving husband and child(in their mind.) They have to show her as the most bichari for aunties to connect to her and root for her

The failing TRPs shows that's NOT what audience prefer. The TRP was highest when she fought Shahs, left them, divorced and then married Anuj. TRPs were constantly above 4 then and even reached 4.5. TRPs were not high when she was sad or helpless or seperated from Anuj and serving Shahs.

There is ZERO proof of this. As I said, TRP was highest when anupama divorced and was happy. When she is sad and looks like this TRP drops. 

 Let's not blame the regressiveness of the writers on audience members, audience gave very high TRP rating whenever they showed real progressiveness.

It's so pathetic that they talk about empowerment but show that a woman is nothing without a man. Post AnuRaj divorce atleast she had some financial burden, but after MaAn divorce she was just her own self, with no responsibilities.

She could have done so many things which were stopped in the past like being a school teacher, or run a catering business, like a PROPER one, or run home dance classes. She didn't need to be in touch with anyone in Amdavad to be able to do those things in Vadodara.

But she was shown a loser in depression who was immediately cured with a US work permit.

The way these people make jokes about depression makes me want to sue them.

There is no connection between her looking like this and shahs now.

They handled leap poorly. If they wanted to show that she was wronged preleap they should have planned that accident like that only. There should be some crisis or some misunderstanding but there was none. It was just her , Anupama.

Here no body is able to connect with her now because she herself lefted anuj. Anuj was just telling her what he feels. He was not blaming her entirely but she was not ready to work on her relationship with Anuj. 

 They are not glorifying shahs but they are creating situations so that Anupama can return to them for solving there problems. They made two Anupama now so real Anupama can come and give lectures to them all.

That was a whole different context. Audience had already seen her being abused since the show had started and wanted her to give back to Shahs. They were tired to see them and wanted her to be married. But in this divorce she wasn’t abused and it’s a simple divorce without wife being cheated and abused. In such cases trp audience relate and prefer to see the same woman. You want them to show Anu being all happy and modern after this divorce? Audience rarely ever accept divorcee being all happy and modern after marriage which didn’t have infidelity or abuse. Now TRP will increase once they show Anu strong again. Thats why they are making her abused and all victim so later it’s justified and audience can easily root for her. Already audience are feeling bad for her. Not talking about most of the online audience.

May be the poblem is the makers haven't come out of the mindset of "melancholy sells".

The new viewers want to see resilience but action against bad elements, thats not shown.
