A decade ago, marriages were mostly arranged, also in the last decade and currently but more love marriages now as women become financially independent. Most of the couples in arranged marriages will a few qualities in their partner which they cannot tolerate but have to accept it or ignore it and move on after children are born, that is the norm of Indian arranged marriages. And mostly, wives who were uneducated would be ignorant of many things and husbands would have the upper hand. Does that mean, like Jayesh, they go about divorcing their wives, imagine how many divorces we would have had then
