He definately overacts coz his only chance to be on screen is during Auditions and some fleeting scenes during Roadies. Within that time he wants to show how smart, intelligent and himmatwala he is. He has this SRK thing abt himself that he is the King so can insult anyone

roadies is his concept. so he is quite possesive abt roadies. if it werent 4 him we wont b able to see roadies at all. i agree he is harsh but that's his style. like it or leave it😊. the roadies know abt it n then only come 4 auditions.

I agree it's his style and he is the boss but to show authority do you hv to degrade others? And also contestents take all that from him just for some fame and also as most of them haven't started earning yet. Jus coz a person is ur boss doesn't mean u hv to be submissive and meek n be ready to loose ur self respect. Doesn't he seem to take advantage of his power to select?.. I won't say always but many many times.

And why shud I leave it, I may like a KEkta's serial dusn't mean I should like her too.

he does shout at them . but only those times wen they havent performed well. nihal did that one plank task well n in almost all interviews of raghu he is chanting nihal's praise n sayin he is bst roadie n all. so he does praise n appreciate wen one does well.

If you r talking about the auditions, well theyr stress interviews. Theyr meant to shake the contestants in order to see how they perform under pressure.

At times, when a couple of contestants have broken down, they have even stopped rolling and pacified them explaining that this is an act!

This time the producer 'Nature Baba' wanted to take everything to a different level so introduced Raghu inbetween the episdoes as well.(Fort some kicks)

Love him or hate him, you cant ignore this guy. Without his screaming n shouting, Roadies would have been a drab show. I personally used to wait for his entry inbw the episodes.

Who cares if hes harsh on the show?Specially when you know tht this is all an act. As soon as the camera is switched off, hes one of the politest people around. A complete gentleman.

He showcases himself to be like that. Everything looks fake..his onscreen screams and his offscreen politiness.
See to put someone in stress doesn't need fake attitude ..I just feel they are trying to add masala to the whole selection thing. Too much of show off and faking personality.
