I don't believe that the leap was not planned kyunki they dragged cameo track until september. Then fl was confused post his death they took almost a month to show fl crying over dead husband. then they stopped marriage track with pregnancy track. So i personally feel agar leap was planned and ghum ke liye they needed orphan fl as agar abhimanyu ki beti hothi she will inherit money and his family too.
