Episode begins with Baa giving medications to Hansmukh , he looks for Vanraj , he forgets even after Baa informs him that Vanraj was out of the house for work. Baa notices this and suggests they visit a doctor for his forgetfulness. He is in bad condition because of his memory loss.
Baa wants to call Anupama but recollects she had taken Dimpy to the doc.
At the doctor’s chamber Anupama is being informs about Dimpy’s anaemia and poor nutritional status . Doctor advises better care for Dimpy during pregnancy . Anuoama assures herself that she will take better care of Dimpy .
In their bedroom Pakhi Adhik have argument over Pakhi’s sick behaviour towards CA. Adhik is disgusted by the way she behaved with Choti, who was her sister. She was not a good Humana and would make the worst mother , he thanks his stars that she was infertile . He is sure she would have destroyed the child’s life with her sick mentality , he wonders how long he could tolerate this marriage , . Pakhi gets alarmed she seeks forgiveness for her bad behaviour . She pleads him not to say such things , she will become the best human n show him. Adhik calms her n reassures her , they would keep trying for a child .
As Anupam and Dimpy leave the doctor’s chamber , Anupama gives lecture to Dimpy regarding taking care of herself n eating better . They are surprised tk see Van waiting for them outside the clinic , Van takes over Dimpy’s medical documents and learns about doc’s advice , he asks Anupama to leave Dimpy’s care to Vanraj. Anupama wants tk send Dishes for Kavya and Dimpy but Vanraj asks her not to do so as they had employed a maid who would do the needful. Anupama then states hiw Baa Babuji disliked maid’s cooking . Van gives lecture on how everyone was employing maids for cooking so were the shahs and of everyone e was adjusting , baa Babuji too had to adjust , Anupama better keep away from SH.He wanted ti take care of his family himself n stop bothering Anupama for them. Distances make people grow fonder. Anu is shocked .
At SH , Baa and Babuji are seen having sweet moments together thinking of their great grand kids .
Van and Dimpy reach home , he gives her advise on diet n decides tk get her medication,. Kavya notices them n is hurt that Vee refused to accompany her for check up but found time for Kavya . She shares her hurt with Vee. Vee makes excuses for not accompanying Kavya .
Padhik visit doctor , they are advised IVF procedure might give them the chance of becoming parents .
Anupama is seen uoset over Van denying her rights for caring for Baa Babuji . She resents the idea . Soon Padhik share good news of their parenthood chances with IVF. Anuoama is very happy n shares her happiness with them. Pakhi is doubtful about Anuoama’s happiness , as she is sure Mummy loved n cared for CA mkre than Pakhi. Anupama reassures . Anuoama advises her about IVF and being happy was important for success.
Anupama complains to the Kanha ji for her own daughter doubting her affections . She assures a Kanha ji that she will love n care for her entire family n all her kids .
