Please specify the mode of transportation and the poor financial condition, how only the male members earn and the female members of the family have to depend on them even for a single penny, also add how you want to fulfill the dream of all the female members of your town/city and encourage them to become independent this will add the inspirational touch to your story, also add thoda saa aur sad story that how no one is supporting you and all the members of your village/town/small city are upset with you, make it more dramatic by saying that they are all taunting you etc etc etc.
Then go and present daliya, khichdi, daal chawal in MCI and say that whenever your family members fall sick you serve this with lots of love, so you have so many emotions attached from all these dishes.
Done. Next season ki winner main hongi. Sab vote for me.

Wait what, daliya? How? Why? What did she say, ki I am making daliya today in MCI? How did she describe her dish?
accha and chef Saransh also came in yesterday's episode, toh why did he come? What he did there? I mean any challenge or anything else? One more thing, why was he helping Rukhsar and no one else?
No dalia is in today's elimination epi. In the precap, Vikas literally says this dalia is the best I've ever tasted for Rukshar's dish.

Rukhsar made sweet Dalia today
Overall review for Thursday episode:
Nambi's food is definitely more of an appetizer & it's conceptualization was mediocre for me. Proportions were inadequate. Maybe for a street food based start ups or some street-food, her plate would be decent plating, I would dither more over how to improve the plating. Colors were so monotonous.
Ashiq- his food ideas just starting to seem recycled ideas like the paniyaram, prawns, ghee-roasted stuff, etc. He needs to buckle up, IMO. Plating is Lol, maybe he could've added bit of ginger instead of garlic into the coconut mayo -- idk how that would've tasted but adding garlic would kill the taste to some extent.
Nidhi- plating felt like too simple for me. Like @Raina101 said, the masala was missing. Nut curry was too thick for me visually. Radish crisp was looking so bad & the oil drops or whatever that is, it looks like ki koi dish ka oil iske khane par ghir gya h. I would agree with Vikas that the nuts could've been stuffed in something.
Harry- mediocre presentation, IMO. Nothing beats his moringa feta cheese dip wala dish that he made. Chutney looked poorly presented -- could've used the spoon swiping technique or putted in a bowl. I do like the conceptualization of the beetroot dosa & palak dosa would be preference but I wish the dosa could've been more flattened out or maybe a dosa sandwich could've be put on the platter (like @Raina101 said, dish was looking like uthapama or too me its like dosa bites that can be packaged and marketed at Indian grocery stores). In terms of topping, I do like the conceptualization of the passion fruit sauce and bell pepper sauce -- Cheese sauce looked dried out. I feel the pineapple dip was unnecessary and it is true that the enzymes cause the bitterness when cream and citrusy stuff are merged so I think maybe some mango or something could've been used to tone down the bitterness.
Rukhsar- Color contrast of purple, yellow and cream undertones was enticing my attention but... I feel the panna cotta felt spread out visually. Though maybe an unpopular opinion, I did like the Kashmiri fusion of kehwa milk & Italian panna cotta. It is much better than the other Kashmiri stuff she's done in the past. I do feel her dessert deserved the prize & not Nambi's dish. I feel a bit of blueberry topping on the panna cotta could've elevated it even further.
Suraj- Technically it was a really nice dish. Color contrast is nice. But I feel this dessert is widely known & has been prepared so I feel it wasn't his top dish for me. I do like purple yam cake visually. The blueberry pomegranate sauce does contribute to the color contrast thereby enticing the diner. Meringue cooking commentary was feeling redundant and I feel Pooja wanted to compare herself as a Meringue queen with a thermometer or whatever -- she could've just suggested to use a lemon zest to deliver the gloss & to use a thermometer.
Chalo I'm coming next season. It's final. I'm going to make sweet dalia and namkeen poha and berry dosa and karela halwa and win.

Every now and then? Forget it. Every second I get. You will always be reminded of the poor old me. And no hating allowed.
So for todays episode they could choose how long they wanted to cook, however the more time to cook, the lesser ingredients one got.
I think Rukhsaar chose the right point - she had a basic pantry, some aromatics and meat. The others I’ll say waited too long for vegetables, fruits, nuts and lentils.
For those who had a plethora of ingredients to choose from, I’m disappointed with what they chose to make.
1. Kriti - she had 90 minutes but only a basic pantry and aromatics. She made a turmeric flavoured basque cheesecake with pepper crumble and candied turmeric with cardamom jelly. From the moment the judges came to her, they had made up their mind to eliminate her. Their comments, their reactions all made it quite clear. I’d say she received some good comments for her dish, only the cardamom jam wasn’t great.
2. Rukhsaar - she made a sweet daliya she called Zarda with some mutton. It was almost like seeing the same dish all over again. Hasn’t she already cooked the same mutton before? She may be brilliant, but she repetitive. Plating was surprisingly decent today.
3. Harry - his dish did sound very interesting. He made a lobiya and something cake with something, black carrot sauce and butter sautéed Brussels sprouts. Actually his dishes almost always sound good but they don’t translate into a good dish. Today his plating was good, flavours on point, he experimented a little. I am still surprised he’s made it this far.
4. Aashiq - once again he stuck to seafood. He made prawn and chhena stuffed into squids with a clam sauce and black eyed pea hummus and crisp. Needless to say his dish looked beautiful. He was going to add oregano to his hummus but they judged scared him and while tasting Ranveer said sorry to say but maybe the oregano would’ve been a good addition to the hummus. Thank God Aashiq is safe today, otherwise I could’ve killed Ranveer. He received mainly good reviews.
5. Suraj made a seafood bisque with salad and lavash. The judges weren’t sure if a seafood bisque was about at this point (different expectations from different people). His dish received great reviews. I’m very happy for him. He seems to come across as a really nice and humble guy. I wish he does really well. Someone should hire him already as an apprentice or something. If Aashiq doesn’t win, I’d want him to win (mainly because he seems really sweet).
6. Nidhi make a salad of broken wheat (daliya). She served some apple sauce and something else. And hers was the best dish because the judges sent her up to the balcony immediately. They were so excited eating the apples. @Minionite don’t forget to give the judges some apples to butter them when you participate. Bonus points if they’re Kashmiri apples!
Endemol needs to improve its execution of the reality shows. Such partiality in a lot of their reality shows. Skipped some of their episodes because it literally feels forceful to watch their shows or like some added on task or something. Esp this reality show.
