Two of my fav actors 😍😍 VJ n Karan V Grover. Finally, someone considered the not-so-popular but actual acting talents and recognized them.

I was going to say that is a different Karanvir but then realized Karan V Grover is also there. But wtf is critics jury and critics popular...isn't it supposed critics and popular.

Vj should count as a popular actor by now, not in the league of Harshad Nakuul but recognizable face I think, Kvg is also quite popular online at least.

I think the popular (but very less credible) award shows like Ita have lost it fully. They nominated Shakti Anand in critics choice...he has barely done anything as Karan in Kundali, they also keep nominating Sudhansu in popular category (he is a great actor but it is obvious he doesn't have that big of a fan base to cast votes).

Basically Ita has reserved one spot for all Ekta, 2 spots for Shahi in all their categories. They just nominate anyone to fill in that slot.

And this Ganja ph has given moderately hit to blockbuster shows by now but all their actors go unnoticed. Not even a supporting or negative actor nomination. (Ghum got a few last time, deservingly the actress who plays Bhavani won but that was it I think, this time they nominated Harshad instead of Shakti for Ghum)

But people like Harshad , Nakuul, Shivangi keep getting nominated with no work or hit shows in the current time frame to show for. And this damn Shakti Anand keeps getting nominated every year for some reason in random categories, it is like he is on jury and nominates himself because it makes no sense.

Sorry for the rant. I am just trying to find logic in Ita awards because I was looking at their nominations list recently, it is not the most popular or actual good acting but a mish mash of nonsense choices.

Not saying Tmd deserves but there seems there is some weird quota system and many shows and actors go unnoticed despite being popular.

Actually I took a look at the winners... U r right actually... It's a blend of good and badd actors.. I was shocked to see some names in the winners list.. But in the debutant category only Himanshi made sense to me... The udaariyaan actress is not that great no? I dunno.. Have seen a few scenes thought she was average. But to be honest, this best actor category is a credible list is what I thought... All the 4 actors are actually great actors...but best actresses.. Not really 😬. And two questions... One would be what is critics popular and next none of the actors in the list are like "popular" Popular... These actors have a decent fanbase...

Also... Jatin also got recognized for supporting actor.

Waise on a genuine note in Dona awards,

Best male actor: Vj (hospital week puts him notches above other recent itv performances) , best female actor : Sana Sayyad (she isn't but she is too pretty so she gets bonus points), Sumbul (Kavya)

Negative male : Sudhansu, negative female : too many vamps in itv to chose from

My opinion is correct because I watch everything that is telecasted which includes Dangal tv shows also.

Sorry sis... I got confused. I thought u were ranting about itv awards in general 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Lekin VJ and the first Karan doesn't have as big a following as Harshad Or anyone right.. So I dunno if they cout as popular.. But definitely wonderful actors... Grover reigns supreme though... He is a very flexible actor.
