I might be wrong but i think that this chairmanship track is a twisted parallel to VH.

Here DGD ( kauravas ) placed a gamble and Dhanraj staked his position so that Yuvika would get it and she would lose....Pandavas should lose everything in an ideal parallel but here Yuvika will win and that woll lead to Gargi planning for VH

Yes they have to devitate from the MB parallels from now on , they did deviate in the middle with the Vidur uncle track but brought the show back tp MB parallels with that 3 rate "saarthi" entry
