Being someone aspire to be entrepreneur, i understand the struggle of neil dreaming his own hospitality business. There are lots of rejections, funding issue, gaining customers trust are on the way and obviously a mental strength and problem solving nature is needed which i think and hope Neil has.

Neil certainly has all the qualities that is needed to start up a business and to run it smoothly.

All he need is investors, other things he will handle.
