I like this lie because it supports and feeds people working in the industry and parallel industries. Also, it is always better to keep the audience under that illusion because woh bohot logo ki rozi roti hai, including mine 😇

That is a good tactic but when PHs and channels go by this strategy they need to at least prove it a certain extent to make the audience believe it. Not like the way DKP did who retreated from their own words and portraying things in the story completely contradict to what they mention. At the end of the day, there is a possibility that viewers loose faith in what they say and eventually loose interest.

Thatz what happened to S3 in YRKKH. Now a part of audience is not so sure of the show. That's why the TRP of first daily breakdown was up and down staying below 2.0 in certain days. This show did not experience below 2.0 rating in each season (OP TRP).

On a different note, I believe they should have ended the story in S2. It is clear that they did not have creativity to extend this show under the Rishta theme. They brought a new concept in S3 such as modern family who does not believe in rituals and is professionally oriented individuals. Though it was a good idea it was not compatible with the Rishtha theme. So most of audience left the show. Highlights of this show are those rituals and the family bond.

Yep, that was the issue. When they were not on the same page messing up the story was inevitable.
