Whenever Dravid takes a break or some tournaments clash, then Laxman accompanies the team. Even one Sri Lanka series Laxman had gone.

Now Dravid s taking a break.

If and when Dravid leaves then mostly next coach may be Laxman. He's keen on taking it up.

The morning after. Disappointment. But an awareness that we saw this team play special cricket for 10 games in a row. And a big big shout-out to Rahul Dravid; stayed in the background while the team was winning, fronted up when the team lost. Backed players, created a fantastic combination with Rohit and, well, was just utterly decent as always.

Mainly India lost as 2-3 players didn't contribute much. Even if they had scored 30 runs each, it would have made a big difference.

And too many extras and fielding was not on par with Australians.

Even slips were not there after a few overs for the Australian players in the 2nd innings.

It looked as though Australia came very well prepared compared to India.
