D2 and D3 were the highest grossers of the year in 2006 and 2013. Quality wise it might have gotten worse, but the series is anything but ruined with the ROI they got
dhoom 3 may have been a high grooser but it was the weakest in the dhoom series and a headache. The role did not suit Amir. And the two cops ab jr and his side kick uday were sidelined ( even in dhoom 2 ab jr looked terrible ) the villains in both stole the show at least in dhoom 1 the whole starcast was at par and John as a villian stole the show but Amir in as a villian ruined it ( snd then to top it his twin) smh 🤦♀️ and hrithik wasn’t a real villian. Regardless of what you think about the quality of the movies, When the second and third movies are the hgoty and break a dozen BO records, that is hardly a failed or ruined franchise
It's hilarious how you are advocating for an underperforming T3 as being universally accepted and liked by neutral audience, and slinging mud on two of the biggest blockbusters of Bollywood in their time. If anything D2 and D3 were way more widely accepted by the audience than T3
