Neil simplified it saying, Humein Jo lagta Hai Ki humein chahiye actual mein woh kuch aur hi hota hai

These were all a symbolism on how in that moment Yuvika was at the right place (Delhi) with the right person (Neil)

Not only Neil even Yuvika felt something for him in Rishikesh. Honestly Kartik's insecurities weren't absolutely wrong. He felt that connection and trust level between NeiVika Which triggered him because that was missing between him and Yuvika.

Kartik knew Neil is a good guy for Yuvika, that's why Kartik got more panicked.

Neil has never ever denied his feelings for Yuvika be it in front of Vidur or in front of Isha.

If Bhoomi asks him probably he will accept his feelings in front of Bhoomi too

Yuvika on the other hand denied Neil having feelings for her so consciously as if subconsciously she believed it TOO GOOD to be True

Their RISHIKESH Trekking Trip Flashbacks are important at least they should TALK about the trip and it's memories

Neil clearly told her, Jab se Tum janti bhi nehi tab se Tumhare Saath hnu and he meant RISHIKESH there

But these people are not ready to give us the flashbacks

After Shobhna's death I don't even see anyone objecting NeiVika relationship or marriage

They can get married whenever they want to as Bhoomi and Vidur won't have any objection or issue with NeiVika relationship now
