Today's episode focussed on the pain of 3 people:

Agastya - who lost his brother and parents and was brought as a child to the Chaudhary house. Left outside in the cold by his step mom who he considered his mom coz he had no one else to bother about him. He really had a lonely childhood. Someone shot this father I guess with a gun..he probably witnessed that traumatic incident too.

His fake wife - as a child she didn't have enough to eat and led such a difficult childhood without money and a torturous maami. While she had her sister Kairi, life wasn't a bed of roses for her.

His sister - the pain of her husband's betrayal is so gut wrenching. The man she placed all her trust in hurt her in the worst way possible.

The background music and the song, yeh raat bheegi bheegi is so soothing and fine. Kafi nostalgic.

Agastya doesn't leave a chance to carry Imlie to the room. Sai ka full kasrat ho jaata hoga set pe.

Imlie asked him to chop his hair. He said he would if she was his real wife. But still he chopped his hair for fake wife.

Sonali got her poor family before everyone at the Pooja and disclosed their gareeb hone ka sach.

Divya you predicted na that Imlie will get him to chop the hair. You exactly know what I want you to predict next 🤣🤣🤣.

I might be in minority but boy am I loving this new look. Sai looks so dashing. Gul should not have given that hideous wig in the first place itself. Chalo chodo - Der aaye durust aaye.

Oh Boy what an episode. Stupid IF lost my whole post that I had typed earlier. It did not post for whatever reason. Trying to post whatever I remember from my typing.

Agastya - Sonali and Imlie - all 3 principal characters are surrounded by their own miseries.

Agastya - A child who was never accepted by the wife of his father and who was forsaken and left out in cold. He is indeed lonely. Any mention of his father or his brother shakes him up. I can not wait to see how Agastya is going to react when it is revealed that Ashu is his dead brother's son. He is going to be super protective of Ashu. It was sad to see Agastya feeling bad but he has no right whatsoever to demean Imlie and use her as his punching bag.

Imlie - A girl who had probably the worst of luck. One who wanted relationships and wanted a good marriage had to settle for a fake marriage but still she is trying to be happy as much as she can and trying to do everything dil se. I feel Agastya just couldn't take Imlie being happy when he was so miserable. Imlie does understand that but that does not mean she will take his insults lying down. I loved the scene when Imlie says to Agastya that his quota of saying sorry is over and she ain't going to agree to forgive him.

Sonali - She had the rudest awakening and her dream both on house front and her personal life collapsed. It was so heart wrenching to see Sonali seeking solace in her mother but the mother was concerned only about business. Sigh - Alka never seems to have had even 1 ounce of maternal kindness in her. Asma does have beautiful eyes and when she emotes, it tugs your heart. Even though she is going to cause a bawaal in Agastya - Imllie's lives I can't but help bad for her.

So let's see how the things unfold tomorrow when Sonali gets the poor Mama, Mami and bulbul to Chaudary Mansion.

A special note to the bg song choice in today's episode. Yeh Raat Bheegi Bheegi - one of the beautiful songs of yesteryears and I loved the way the song was picturized on all 3 characters. The line "Jeevan main Na Jaane kya hain kami" - Uff dil le lo creative team. The way this line was picturized on Agastya looking on Imlie and coming near her and covering her with a shawl - Yup deep down Agastya knows that Imlie is the one who can complete him and give him solace but akaad hain ki izzat nahin deti. The creative team is really hitting sixer episodes with the character arcs and the storyline. And as fan of Sai, I wish he gets more success. Please keep evil eyes away from Sai - haters and mockers.

I too like Sai both with and without wig. He is really making Agastya a flawed character and is living the character. I just can't wait for angst and pathos to come in the story. I am sure Sai is going to make us cry buckets for the pain Agastya is going through.

Waise if ever we have Agastya confess to Imlie that he has fallen in love with her I want the bg song choice should be
