I think in precap Dev is saying I have seen criminal side of sarkar - because if you see it looks like he was beaten up either by people (vikrant might have done something that mob beat Dev) or by vikrant himself. Dev had bruises all over his face. I think he saw the bad side of vikrant when he was attacked!!! Thats what he is saying.
