She is definitely not a bachchi but pretends to be one. This is clearly visible as her demeanor changes when she speaks to Salman. There is inconsistency in her behaviour which is off-puting.

She tries to give a very innocent, cute image but you can see she can't keep up with it in all situations. She shows her rude side when she seems insecure of other girls that are doing well in terms of showing strength on the show. (Ankita & Khanzaadi)

She seems to have watched season 13 and practiced very well how to copy the cute tactics, expressions and phrases of a certain popular contestant from there. Her true side will eventually show as this can’t be faked for too long.
