I think different strokes for different folks. Some would confess and some wouldn't. And most, if they are a celeb wouldn't genuinely remember if they have had one date consisting of a dinner with some guy years ago.

This thread is like time travelling to the 18th century. People waiting with pitchforks to hunt women who dared to go on dates and evaluate their options before choosing a partner. I think people don't have issue with her dating person se, it's more to do with her lying about it in 2013 KWK episode ki mere se casual dating to Hoti nahi to cut forward to 2023 when she is saying I was casual dating in 2012.

People aren't as backward as you're making it seem. Going on dates with new people until you find the one you actually like is fine and normal. But these people were dating multiple people at the same time and alongside they were also dating each other. And they did this for years until he proposed.

I think Deepika accidentally went off their rehearsed #couplegoals lines and that's why Ranveer was staring hard at her and also fumbled by mentioning her other "suitors" that she pretended not to remember.

And then it later turned out that he told the same fake story about meeting Anushka for the first time. Just goes to show how much stuff they invented to create a fake fairy tale for the audience to eat up.

And then while doing that she came on KWK in 2013, and announced she doesn't know how to casually date and she can't NOT emotionally invest while dating. What a rotten liar
