What is the point in rehashing the past? When she has been married for 5 years it just doesn’t make sense. Like she settled for a second hand. It just proves how lil respect she has for Ranveer her husband.

DP does come across as very strong headed so doubt any of this will affect her. But I really hope she retrospects and give her husband the love and respect he deserves.

There's nothing wrong with Deepika casually dating while keeping Ranveer Singh as an option. It's a sensible and intelligent approach that any woman might/should adopt. I respect that. The problem lies in her previous statements and the pristine image she had meticulously maintained, which has now been shattered. In a Koffee with Karan episode when she came with Priyanka, she said that she wasn't into casual dating and denied any involvement with Ranveer. Also, her portrayal of herself as a victim in contrast to Ranbir has now come back to haunt her. Her PR team must be in turmoil, trying to figure out how to manage this chaotic situation. It's certainly not what they had intended.
