I said if she’s emotionally distraught the solution is to work in yourself not be in and out of relationships in a wishy washy way, particularly when the other person seems so heavily interested …?

DP and RS met well after her break up with RK. She was not going around casually dating to forget the heart break imo. As she said, she just wanted to enjoy and have fun. Lets not attribute that to her poor broken heart. People get heartbroken all the time! And RK and DP barely had a relationship of 1 year. It is not like they had a divorve!

All in all, I honestly think she should have withheld that bit of information. It is just too insulting for a husband that too someone who visibly worships the missus, to sit there hear that. If I imagine myself there, my blood boils

But that has nothing to do with the mental health struggle she went through, which is what you were trying to imply in your last post.

She was hesitant to commit again, as she had been through some bad relationships, she wanted to just have fun at that point and meet new people, she wanted to be single and not commit to anybody, there was no going in and out of relationships.

And again you are mentioning about what did rs feel, he knew that deepika didn't want to commit at that time and he was okay with it, she wasn't doing any injustice to him, and he chose to stay with her, he knew what he wanted and what made him happy

It just so happens this episode aired yesterday which is why everyone’s discussing it 😁…based on the statements they made 😀😀

Focusing on mental health dosent mean focusing on her depression….

If someone has gotten out of a relationship they invested in, they need time to recover and regain their balance ….Torino implied she was hurt in a relationship b4 and was hesitant …and I said , well then that calls for a fix in that thought process and regaining energies …not “having fun” the way she implied it and I said especially when ranveer made it clear he was interested….

Him being ok with it dosent stop it from looking disrespectful and toxic on the outside

This episode was specifically abt their relationship, they put out information and now if people are finding some of it problematic they are calling it out

“Omg they are happy tereko kyun” argument dosent fly coz…they decided to say all these things in a show for the public 😂

That's why RK has to step in and defend himself by giving bytes, something no superstar does.

The hypocrisy is astounding.

People are actually going easy on DP as she is a woman. Imagine had RK said he tried to improve on Alia's fashion sense just like DP said! Chants of controlling and abuse would have louder than ever! Lol

PS: I am glad DP tries to improve on RS's fashion sense. It is terrible!

I am sorry but life is not all black and white like that. Maybe you are lucky to witness only rosy relationships around you , so you do not really understand the aftermath a broken relationship leaves.

And what do you mean by work on yourself??? If for example someone has cheated on you and hence the relationship failed, how is it your fault? Isnt it obvious you will take time to trust the next person ?? And iska matlab ye bhi toh nahi ki koi pasand aye to uske sath na rahu.

If I like someone, I am going to spend time with that person and also be honest ki previous relationship se emotional baggage hai. Honesty is the key. If the other person is not okay with this, he is free to leave. Its that person' s choice. Koi bechara nahi hai yaha.
