Angad can't have MU because romi has committed a murder so why would sahiba want to marry a murderer n angad already knows sahiba loves her family too much to leave them.

But may be seerat n manveer will blame sahiba that she wanted to run away with fake name n imprison angad n try to manipulate Brars.

I think angad n sahiba will re marry n angad will clarify to everyone that there is nothing between him n seerat otherwise everyone will tell them to divorce.
