Hey thank you. My mom suggested the same thing now I have to search for honey in my kitchen cz I knew one of the honey bottles is honey mixed with sriracha peppers ( faltu things my hubby buys from stores )
One is manuka raw honey and now I have to look above and beyond for simple Michigan local honey
I will try that tonight instead of turmeric milk.

For my baby, i gave turmeric milk with honey it seems to be working.

What you should do is get to a specialty local produce store and get local honey. Clover honey (wildflower is v different in taste). a little pricey compared to regular but it’s great and best part is it’s good for allergies too… totally worth it if u ask me.. its all I use now in place of sugar btw which makes it far far healthier—- even in my chai :)

Trust me and try it :) .. u will thank me for it :)

Honey for chai?? My milk masala chai is better with less sugar or no sugar

I found the honey finally. N will try the honey shot in a while. I don’t know if it’s the wildflower or clover. Damn how much honey I have in home? Simple honey , manuka honey and Hot honey ( which has two types of peppers ) I don’t know why my hubby splurge on some of the faltu items which ends up in garbage at the end

I have plenty of local organic food stores around. I love their products.
so 1 tsp of turmeric and how much honey?? Or all ek chammach like 1 spoon turmeric, 1 spoon honey and hot water??
