I was a big fan of his acting, his smile and emotive eyes before this new era but as he tried experimenting for getting successful IMO he really lost being the SRK he was.

It's so sad that I don't have any will power to see Pathan and Jawan.

Eagerly waiting for Dunki as it might be more closer to My name is khan or something he was known for.

So you haven't watched Pathaan and Jawan? Or you don't have the will power to revisit it ?

I enjoyed Jawan. Pathan was not very good and I would not repeat it but I'm glad it was a huge success.

I would also like to see him star more alongside his classic heroines like Rani, Preity, Juhi, etc. (no more Kajol please. We have seen enough of them together) than these new actresses like Deepika and Alia. Also can we bring back SRK and Karishma onscreen? Or have him finally star with Ameesha Patel besides their cameo scene in Om Shanti Om?

I think you can just rewatch his movies from the 90s and 2000s based on what you are asking of SRK at this point in his career

Oh God yessmiley42 🔥

I think it's interesting that before Pathan his stardom was finished and now his two movies are successful only because of his stardomsmiley36

"Did SRK fans really like him in Jawan & Pathan?"

Of course, many did...not all...not everybody likes action movies with a lot of violence...but his fans would still watch the movies, just to enjoy his performance, to watch him on big screen.

I've friends (female mainly) who did only watch both movies once because it's really not their genre...they prefer him in movies where his charm is working...and I've friends (mostly males) who had a sigh of relief that finally he did those movies (and they prefered Jawan to Pathaan).

I'm one of those (quite rare) species who gets never disappointed by a ShahRukh movie...there will always be something I like (and what I dislike, doesn't matter as I could not do it better than him)...and I watch most of his movies multiple times for the details (not only of his acting but of the filmmaking...sometimes there is so much to discover smiley1).

Going through twitter after the release of Pathaan and Jawan, I definitely find a loooooot of fans who liked the movies very much...for Jawan, I made a special thread ("Jawan - SRK & his fans") as SRK also interacted very much with his fans...many touching testinomies of joy and affection smiley27

I can definitely have opinion about my fav actor.

ur fav actor? spare me! u haven’t even seen his last two movies and have a judgement already. Save your fake drama and move on to another actor.

I echo your sentiments. I rather he do like a Dear Zindagi, Chak De even Don seemed pretty charming.. Something's just blehh about Jawaan and Pathan. I don't get stirred or excited as I used to with his other non romantic films. I hope with this success he doesn't go the Salman route. I rather substance based movies which can be a non romance genre but not action please

You are asking a fan group that is not objective and can't even accept that CGI was used on his face smiley37
