He will accept their marriage

Accepting relationship is difficult for him, he has a valid reason to oppose because like it or not but being with Yuvika will put Neil in danger.

I think at one point even Yuvika will want to stay away from Neil fearing his life, she will prefer to keep him away from the danger like she does with Bhoomi, Isha, Arjun and like she did with Kartik but ultimately she will get back to him because she won't be able to digest her parathas without telling Neil everything

That will be the difference between KarVika and NeiVika
