I am not watching this serial from 6 months but only reading it

actually just posting what i wrote about anupama in another post

after reading todays episode i can think of how nur jahan would treat jehangir same as anupam behaves with anuj

anupama character fits historical nur jahan in every way married to a brute agianst her wishes because a teenage crown prince wanted to marry her and father was not ready to have her as bahu (like baa do not want anupama but bec bapuji wanted had no say)

ali quli her first hubby is just vanraj but even more brutal hes so brutal and abusive she loses 6 kids before giving birth to daughter

After akbar death ali quli gets killed an middle aged above 30 year old nur jahan lands as widow and mother of a child (in those times pp married young and had 20 plus year old kids at 35) in mughal place as maid of rquaiah, jehangir step mom

jehangir woos her and marries her after 5 years in harem

Nur jahan plays hard ball to say yes to jehangir although she knows he loves her from teenage days(just like anupama played hard)

A year or two after maraige she starts controlling jehangir and starts making him give all big post to her father, brother, relatives (like anuj is crazy after shahs jehangir is crazy after nur jahan mayka)

From jail for stealing mughal funds her dad becomes prime minister and her brother becomes commander in chief(like man singh) etc

She even makes jehangir adopt her sisters son as their son as they have no son as they are in their late 30s, early 40s during wedding

Than she plays such games that she kills directly or indirectly 3 of jehangirs 5 sons and sidelines his 2 daughters who are very dear to him etc

finally jehangir is fed up and forced to write in his jehangirmnama "wish my family was half as loyal as my pets"

And jehangir pets were lion, tiger, elephants all wild animals (so you can understand his ishara that his wife and sons are worst than wild animals)

Best part is nur jahan characteristic is very similar to anupama like she plays hard with her husband and never listens to hubby,

Ex once nur jahan bad mouthing shah jahan jehangir fav son and insrtigating him to arrst him jehangir gets angry and slaps her and nur jahan slaps him back right in front of all soldiers and musicians and maids

Later she plays hard when he says sorry and refuses to allow him in her palace or near her for weeks.

You must read nur jahan to find how to control hubby even an emperor having 20 other wives who are elder to nur jahan

In 16th century wife got respect if she gave son or shes eldest in age. Nur jahan was not both yet got Jehangir max attention by blackmailing him ad playing hard just like anupama

Jehangir character after marrying nur jahan becomes similar to anuj kapadiya. She makes him away from all his wives and kids and dependent on her and makes him dance to her tunes (like anupama has done)

jehangir also gives her all powers that like a emperor that no empress before or after had(like anuj gave full kapadiya business)

anupama character is inspired by nur jahan in real history

i am sure nur jahan was gaining jehangir sympathy saying your dad akbar ordered my marriage to ali quli the brute and i suffered so much in that marriage etc(like anupama uses 26 years abuse drama to gain sympathy of kapadiyas, devika etc) thats why out of guilt jehangir gave nur jahan so much power and freedom over his more other senior and highly educated and capable wives like jodha bai(shah jahan mom) etc i feel

anupama is role model for modern wives how to control hubby and make him palthu puppy without looking like mean or bitchy to world by emotional blackmails

she did such good drama that anuj left mukku/gk kak and shifted to apartment opp her with only his chappals than deal with vanraj who was snatching his empire and sister both and naupam had known it all along but never told anuj or warned malvika

Even if the writers will later make Anupama stand up for Anuj, it will be futile. Her deafening silence when her husband was accused of murder, manhandled and humiliated in front of the society has already done an irrevocable damage to her character. If the writers wanted to display that she was in a traumatic state to actually demarcate between right and wrong then they shouldn't have made her slam those women who were bad mouthing Dimpy. Instead,they are showing her being available for everyone but indifferent towards her own husband despite him being innocent. That's mean and ridiculous!

She is back at doing what she loves most, serving her abusers, truly enjoying her maid duties.

She doesn’t have a single person there to hug her or take care of her, instead she is being asked to take care of Dimpy, cook for entire house which she does willingly, but she is happy doing it.

Majnu Pati is stalking her, she sees him from Kitchen Window and Mishter Shah’s words come to her mind, Humare bete ko isne mara hai and she closes her eyes, turns towards another side and leaves!

I don’t think we need anymore justification that she is in pain, she is not in her senses, she is a Maa, she has lost a son, because she is very much in her senses, she is happy doing her maid duties, she just needed an excuse to move back to Shah house and she got it and she very much considers Anuj as Samar’s murderer.

Now she is telling Samar main sab jimmedariya nibhaungi, Dimpy ki tere hone wale bachhe ki - so she has long term plans at Shah house.

Seems like another pleasant episode full of shameless shahs crying and shedding tears.

Lovely sight to see the Royal Maid back bek once again in her natural abode - kitchen of Royal TamaShah palace. The scenes of her providing free service to her masters on various occasions are some of the defining moments of this show. Is the shift to the palace official? If yes, she can now confide her woes to her friends - the masalas in the kitchen

Upma would need Anuj's money to bring up Samar ka bachcha. Meester shah doesnt earn anything. DImpy darling shut down the dance school. How much would Kinjal support ? The beggars will have no shame in blackmailing and using Anuj's money

New low everyday. Now, Anuj can't even look at Anupamaa. If he does, she moves away like he is some gali ka gunda. Anuj has even lower self respect than Anupama and that's saying something.

Now, I agree with those who were stating from before that this is a revenge track. Lol! I didn't realise as Anuj looks correct to me in both the cases. Anuj didn't come under influence of Maya and lash out at Anupama, Anupama was actually prioritising Shahs instead of the ridiculous 15 day challenge that she had thrown. Anuj or Kapadias didn't drag here and throw here. On the contrary, Anuj gave her everything and left himself. Anuj was infact the one who was slapped and his collar caught and pulled and pushed that time too.
