Yes the makers kept perfect balance between realism and melodrama in that scene , that's why i like the scene

She would need a minium of 2 weeks bed rest before she is even able to get on a wheelchair.....but you're right , it's useless to search for logic in TV shows

She is already feeling guilty for hurting neil therefor she will do something to bring to vidur out may be accident and murder attempt made her realise that vidur is innocent
