What does "all American" mean?

You might think your accent has not changed but that is most likely not true.
Indians in America definitely have a different kind of an accent. Not American but not totally Indian either.

PC's accent is a very good in between. Might not be 100% American but pretty close. Considering her field of work it is a necessity for her.
She would not have had the success and recognition she has achieved on her own as a brown Indian woman without that and tremedous hardwork she has put in.
hats off to her.
Success is the best way to stick it to cheating bollywood actors and their loser wives!

But i refuse to believe that she cannot cook at all. She is making it up. Im sure she knows her basics. So She never made tea for her parents? I think the only reason she may be saying this so she won't end up in the kitchen for long hours. Plus she has a private chef who cook for the family. Wow She has changed so so so much in Hollywood. But I must say she is bitter and she has not moved on. Most of the time she talks bad about bollywood.
