1. What criteria are used to decide that a forum should be closed?
There's a forum with almost zero activity, for a TV show that ended 22 months ago, where I just updated a fan fiction after eight months. Another forum got closed as soon as the TV show ended. So, closing forums seems rather arbitrary.
2. Could the IF Staff please create a drop-down list of closed forums on the Forums page? That would allow us to browse and react, and continue discussions by PM or private forum.

You need to crop the image to make it fit in your DP, once you can see the image inside a circle after clicking crop then click done/update profile.
