Yep , she never loved Kartik , she was with him because he was Prem Paramatma 's choice but she had that spark in her eyes whenever she saw Neil , there was no spark with K

Point I didn't think of this , but Yuvika is not a quick thinker like this so i highly doubt that she would've said this if he had confessed that he did all this out of his love for her...

But in general currently she don't have time to consider a romantic relationship as she is too invested in investigation.
