Sarkar is jogging on the streets and he meets up with Jadav on the lane. He is so glad to know that the police is helpless or is less equipped or has a less capacity to solve the case. This was expected from him. He touches her hair very badly. I was expecting that Sarkar will interrupt in between but he is busy clearing his own mess. I am happy he didn't come, because Kirti is a strong lady, so she screams loudly and makes a complain to principal sir. Wait Wait Wait when Kirti got the file, she went to the police as she was confused, now in this similar situation she approached principal. She could have gone to the police because an attempt to harass a lady has consequences. Has she learned from her mistake or she deliberately gave the file to police? I thought that this girl must got shocked and because here she knew the police is handling the case she gave the file to police. Sarkar scolds the cops for being filmy and sticking the photos all over the city. Poor Garud was sensible, but Sarkar ke aage 
kuchh chalti nahi hai kisiki. Sarkar says that these are just assumptions and on the basis of the assumptions one cannot run the case. Jadav fears from Sarkar and gets ready to take down the posters. Sarkar didn't say that take down the posters but wanted Jadav to say the same. That expression of Sarkar was so so so classy
