Yeah the show is super slow it's in some other timeline where things happen on a different pace so, pregnancy is happening slow.Some women actually find they are pregnant in third or fifth month too so maybe Akshara will find this late!

Naira too had many difficulties with pregnancies but had three kids so her beti will also do the same.But Naira didn't give birth to Arohi, Sirat did that.But here Akshara will give birth to all the future generations and set the stage for ultimate love triangle of gen4
