Yes Yuvika wasn't supposed to give in to their demands and she thought of a day care in the hospital ( but every private hospital is supposed to have that for the employees though)

DJ being Yuvika's elder brother is a Dhakkan as well

Dhanraj wants to hold on to his position longer so he's letting these two fight it out so that they concentrate on fighting all the time and never learn anything

Day care idea was good and would surely be a help for employees but my concern is how can she take that decision? Shouldn't she ask Dhanraj before just announcing? Cause then people will get the wrong impression that Yuvika has the authority to change everything and next time whenever they strike they'll only talk to Yuvika which is also not smart cause she's an emotional fool

I'm pretty sure even Dhanraj is going to use that point to scold her He is not going to let it go....even DJ is going to hear his lecture
