The males are not even conditioned to recognize harassment nor is there a single law (377 tha but that's separate) where a man is protected from harassment

Same is the case in TMD. we as audience see Seerat harassing angad. but angad is not even realizing it or acknowledging it. Generally a person feels uncomfortable and they try to stay away from their harasser but here angad shows extra sympathy for her, protects her and doesn't maintain distance at all. so its a debatable topic from TMD's perspective
