Is Tresemme a good shampoo?

I mean, I don't really have much choice since shampoos rarely suit me.smiley18 I used Johnson's baby wala until I was a teen.smiley36 Even the kids version did not suit me, it just made my hair so oily and greasy. Head and shoulders is good but boring. I tried Pantene, but it gave me dandruff. I tried Loreal, but it would make my hair greasy the next day so it was pointless. I tried some Australian one, I think Aussie was it's name or something, that also didn't really clean my hair properly so I ditched it. Tresemme is the only shampoothat has been doing well for me. They also use this shampoo in the salons over here. And I love the smell of it's conditioner. 😍😍 It even makes my hair soooo soft and silky! I love the feel of it afterwards! And the fragrance lingers for the whole day, which is rare for any shampoo!

Ultimate Blends by Garnier is also good. I like the honey one. It actually stopped my hairfall while I was using it, believe it or not.

Recently I got sunsilk from Pakistan, I really liked that one too.

Share the secret concoction here please! smiley36

This is my product which has it's IP pending. I'm gonna research better and montize on this in the future. I'm not kidding. smiley36

It takes quite a lot of time to prepare but who ever has used it has seen massive improvements. Here goes.

Get pre-processed coconut oil. It's available on Amazon. Pour as much necessary into a patila and put on slow simmer. Add false diasy leaves (called bhringraj in hindi), hibiscus flowers and leaves, curry leaves, chopped amla, and finely chopped onions in the oil. Keep it on low flame till all these ingredients are completely drained of their moisture. The oil concoction becomes thick upon that. It takes a long time for that to happen. Then filter the oil. Viola, it's ready. Apply it before you wash your head and properly massage into your scalp (not just hair). Leave it for 4-5 hours. Then wash it off with whichever shampoo you prefer. Do it twice a week.

All the ingredients used are frequently used to treat hairfall, greying hair, and frizzy hair.

If you're experiencing massive hairfall since covid and if you had covid before, it's good to get checked with a doctor. As others said here, I too feel hair quality reduces greatly when there's some sort of vitamin deficiency or a healthy diet/sleep pattern is not followed.

Look at your fingernails. Nail growth is a marker of good health. Do they take very long to grow? Do they break easily? Are they way too pale and not pinkish? All of these indicate that something inside the body is not sitting right. Just my two cents.

For hair , I agree with the biotin advice . But I'd say go for biotin tablets every alternative day for better and quicker results.

As for skincare , it must be customized and individualized. Throw me your skin type and skin concerns and I'll try to tell you what little bit I know.
