DJ doesn't consider them as sister so he can ask someone like Rathi to molest ...(although high chances he won't)

Otherwise I am still by theory Vivek is more than what meets the eye, he is related closely to mastermind and can be the Dusshashan and Vidur/mastermind will order for it. Also as we discussed earlier maybe Neil isn't biological child of Vidur
