That's bullshit..there is only one such rape case that got limelight where woman got raped on highway and second that too in front of her kids.
In her ig story,she said,she asked the creators if it was about some specific person's story but they denied it again and again.And after reading the script, she found it to be something happening more often in the society,getting raped on road and it was not based on any specific person.I do find her credible and would like to believe her in this.

I read the entire post of the victim she she clearly said they showed things that were only known to the victim. So it does look like the makers did proper research on the case and made the drama.

They should have asked the permission of the surviver. That's the least they could do.
I don’t even think they could . The survivors identity was never made public. They would kinda need to go through the police to get her information which is probably not allowed
