For all those who were wishing to see less of Karthik, sorry guys. That ain't happening. However, the fact that he will eventually become full-fledged team DJ is good because I want Yuvi to see it herself before they get married.

Also, the contrast between Yuvi/Neel and Yuvi/Karthik scenes is well done. We are meant to feel uncomfortable when the newly engaged couple make promises of forever because as an audience we can see that they're not a good fit for each other.

I don't know if Neel will ever win her over but I love the fact that him being upset about the engagement is temporary and doesn't prevent him from wanting to help her. He's always on her team without saying so, without judging her, while Karthik is always making her life more complicated. And now that he's going to go an an even bigger ego trip, it's going to get messier. How long will it take Yuvi to wake up and see that he's not the one for her? I know she's going to be very hurt when she finally gets it, but that's part of her maturing and learning some life lessons on her way to becoming a deserving heir.

Like so childish but like Pete said I blame SAB. They won't allow any dark and dangerous stuff.
