Smriti charge

Belgaum (PTI): The Karnataka BJP has filed a complaint with the election commissioner alleging that police misbehaved with its leader Smriti Irani on Monday. It said Tilakwadi police of Belgaum City misbehaved with the actress when she was going to Goa after a roadshow in Belgaum. She was subjected to a check in the absence of any woman official. Smriti was permitted to leave after waiting in the police station for a long time.
