It's kjo so obviously it will be stereotypical. He cares only about making everything look pretty and not authentic. He is put Alia in everything no matter whether she suits the role or not. She was the only misfit in the movie casting wise.

I am not a Bengali and I still know how a traditional Bengali Durga Puja pandal looks. Nobody was even wearing the sari the way Bengali women wears or had the big bindi. Alia looked like an adoptive child of a bangali family jiski door door tak Bengal se koi lena dena nahi hai 🤣

First 2 states where she looked nothing like a tamilian and now this.

Story wise it was watchable. Dharmendra and Shabana asmi were good.

Not just kjo, most of the Bollywood directors don't get it right. Only I found shoojit sarcar & pradeep sarkar for a proper portrayal of Punjabis & Bengalis in Vicky donor & Bengalis in parineeti respectively in current generation. Rest may be I am missing out but these 2 are prominent ones.

That house was pretty. I think the inside where they held the cultural fest is a set and not really the house. It looked different from the house. It's kjo. He showed a house in London as it's in Delhi in k3g🤣

It's also the weakest chemistry between the leads for a kjo movie. Ranveer and Alia hardly had passionate chemistry. When they were confession the feeling I felt nothing. Dharmendra and Shabana had way better chemistry.

Also they got married so hurriedly. May be they did not get to know each other properly. Until & unless one stays under the same roof it's difficult to know someone.

People do fall in love & when reality hits then issues starts.

People also sometime mistake infatuation for love.

And then constant scrutinizing of media portals, SM, fans etc.

I didn't like it's music except what jhumka and ro lein de most of the album has arijit and shreya singing it and I'm literally fed up with shreya she's been singing for 21 years not giving chance to other singers like asees kaur, Zahra Khan, Lisa Mishra and Dhwani Bhanushali these 4 deserves to sing in most of the bollywood movie same goes for akasa also the only 2023 album I liked is Pathaan TJMM album i found average except few good songs

According to so.e crazy billy fans he is now dating dure who is also an actress and seems to be as open minded as ramsha if not more. She is also more educated and looks like from a rich family.
