Thank you for this. Believe it or nor since last 2 weeks I wanted to make a topic on Sunny Deol.
We have all these good actors, then why doesn't anyone want to discuss them.
I like Sunny, I think he's a.good actor.
I love that one side eye roll he does.
He's the one actor who looks like his punches are real.
I love his Movie Arjun Pandit the best. The character went thru different stages and from start to finish, he was perfect in it.
I know one thing for sure. I’m said this on many Monday mornings.

Probably biggest massy 90s superstar
Probably biggest star son too
I never did get why he was such a huge thing in the 80s. I acknowledge his success but since I'm more of a Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff fan girl and whenever Jackie was cast together with Sunny the latter got a meatier role I reserve the right to hold on to some leftover resentment.
I wonder why the nepo discussion got a high with Karan and Alia...it's so stupid with people praising Sunny to the sky who also is a 'nepo-kid' (like it had been so many - before him and after him).
As for Gadar 2...oh, I'm sure, there is a well-oiled machinery 'behind the scenes' that will push the movie as much as possible 😉
My favourite Sunny Deol performance is Damini..I literally love the second half of that movie because of Paajee 😆 he is soo good as an angry lawyer 😆 heard even the Katrina Kaif was intimidated when she met Sunny for the first time..Baaki I am a Lagaan fan..so I don’t like Gadar a lot..because Lagaan was a superhit even though it was the better movie..while Gadar ne toh ATBBB Gurdey ukhaad diye they BO pe 😭😆 I can’t believe what I’m reading..40 crore opening by god for Gadar 2..even with that super trashy trailer??? 😭😲

You like mustached heroes?
bonafide superstar of the 90s
Arjun is a must watch movie. Its raw fight scenes are emulated in almost every action movie until today CGI or not. I lost count of how many movies I watched that umbrella fight scene and hero chasing the bad guy on a busy road. Sunny himself emulated that scene in Darr. Its theme, dialogs, songs, performances everything about it became a benchmark which brought in a shift in the cinema. Ram Gopal Verma named it as one of the 5 movies that influenced him as a director. Apparently, his first movie Shiva was a direct inspiration of Arjun.I can’t believe it doesn’t even get mentioned in the most influential movies of Indian cinema anywhere. Not that I am aware of, anyway.
In this clip itself SRK is overshadowing him in every frame. Puri film mai toh I bet kisi ny dekha bhi nhi hoga Sunny ko...

I feel she will end up just like them because Suhana really lacks the looks, glamour and talent! I mean she’s just NOT cut out for the glamour...
