Both Dhruv and Tara want to apologise to each other.

Tara feels she should've shown more empathy to Dhruv's pain, and Dhruv feels that he should never have doubted Tara's niyat and thinks he said too much to those "becharon", and wants forgiveness from Tara's entire family. He decides to go to see Maharaj.

Tara wants to see Dhruv and nears his room, but sees a person in Dhruv's clothes walking ahead (this is an imposter). He is walking very fast, and Tara sees him going towards her father's chambers.

While trying to catch up with him, Tara trips and there are shards of glass on the floor which pierce her hand. Mahavir comes there and they discover a string which was meant to get people to trip. They're slightly perplexed: Tara says Dhruv has gone to see the King and she should be there; Mahavir tells we better get you treated first.

There the King's guards have been rendered unconscious by arrows. Here the actual Dhruv discovers that his door has been locked.

The imposter Dhruv makes his way into the King's room, and dims the flames. The King thinks it's Dhruv, and the imposter makes all the dialogues of Khoon ke badle khoon, pita ke badle pita etc. Maharaj slashes the imposter's hand, but he finally manages to land a blow.

Tara feels D and the King have been together for a very long time. The word "samay" crops up in their discussion, and Tara again feels uneasy and wonders if this is all happening because of Navrangvan. Mahavir tells there's nothing like the c u r se, and says that D and the King will be mending fences happily.

The real Dhruv escapes via the window of his room and reaches the King's place and sees the unconscious guards. D here and T-M hear the scream of the king.

Dhruv enters the King's room from the window (the door is locked) and trips over the King, and is shocked to see him stabbed. He takes the knife out, and at that point, T-M enter inside.

Mahavir asks the King who did it; the King points to Dhruv and says "Chikitsak Mahoday". Dhruv is shocked. Mahavir pushes Dhruv back and refuses his offer of treatment. Maharani and Tillu come there and Maharani faints on seeing the injured King.

Tara calls for the Rajvaidya to get medicines, but Dhruv senses he is sinking, and breaks free of the guards. Dhruv checks his pulse, but the King is gone just as the Rajvaidya returns.

Mahavir tells the soldiers to take Dhruv prisoner- D says he didn't kill the King.

Precap- Rajpurohit asks what to do with the King's murderer. Mahavir says he was Tara's to-be husband, and so Tara will decide what happens to him, and he will accept her verdict.
