I am so glad that someone else found Arnav's reaction to Aman disclosing the truth slightly disturbing. For a guy agonizing over his affair leading to pregnancy, he sure sounded pretty chill to me when he came to know the truth.
When Aman was telling him the truth, he was more concerned about the fact that he spied on Lavanya.
I find it concerning at times, how Arnav seems biased towards MaLa for some reason. Whereas he was willing to separate himself and dole out the biggest Punishment on Khushi (divorce) because he "supposedly" did not love her anymore.
He even went on to face his previous employer who had to shut down his project and let him go and subtly show off but his interactions with MaLa after the revelation (that could have altered his life) were lukewarm.
Arnav-Khushi's relationship seems too imbalanced to me now. Khushi goes all out to become the selfless soul and Arnav just goes on to become selfish and single-handedly decide the future of their marriage.
He can make the decision to divorce, and go on to tell the closest of his friends. He even told MaLa about it but called Khushi immature when she decided to shut herself up and send in her lawyers.
