Nowadays, small shops have revived this culture like this (nothing open anymore 😉):

Today’s kids will never know what fun it can be to gobble down the candy without any quilt of sugar overload. Even a 5 year old today is conscious of how it is not good to eat candy. In our times we had no clue about any of it except to eat whatever’s on plate or your pocket can afford.

We play these board games even now. But the times have changed and so the way we play as well. Kids now are more serious and realistic compared to how we used to be.

PS2 launched when I had entered "now fulfill dad's dream" phase you know .

Same, we had games parlors, that used to look pretty shady (like shown in Ghulam movie if my memory serves right). And as kids we were banned from going there... so never played Mario as a kid 😭 I had to make do with brick video games, and later with the phone games...

My aunt had this - Nokia 3310. We used to borrow that to play Snakes, and what was that some sort of shooting game which ironically I thought I was a champion in 😆
