Ha Karthik’s PR definitely went berserk and made it all about him being an outsider and how he took a panga with the head honcho of all things nepotism and came out a winner. Even now his PR keeps milking this shamelessly.

I think the whole world market is in the same position.

Esp in America. Crazy prices.. people are shifting out all the way to connenicut to get a little more house for their money.

I thought places like Pali Hill and Cuffe Parade were the most exclusive and affluent?
