Rahul Jain's rendition feels more natural, Arjit one's more focussed on making feel the emotions on big screen.

They are both good for my feeling.

Maybe im just used to hearing Arijit too much now, but his songs lack emotion for me. He even ruined the beautiful song Phir Na Aisi Raat Aayegi. I jeel that song wouldve suited Jubin or Ankit more.
