I completely agree to the fact that Abhimanyu is a parent.. But he wasn't there in the initial years of Abhir. Even if he wants to make up for the lost time,he can't completely have Abhir... I don't know why u guys don't see anything wrong in it? I completely agree to b fan of an Actor, but I'm sorry Abhimanyu a character has totally lost his respect atleast in my eyes

Isn't the general consensus in the yrk verse is that he's an unrealistically gifted surgeon and hence not as old as normal surgeons with his experience. Hence, the age difference between Abhira is not problematic?

Assuming yrk verse has legal documentation, does Abhimanyu Birla ever get to do something as mundane as see his life in a linear progression of years? Please help me out here, mods

Secondly, people playing friends to a guy they need to coparent with, and them needing to sacrifice their self-interests for his happiness (who also had abused them in the past) are two different things

Thirdly, every conversation on this forum devolves back to WD because a) it is not acknowledged as abuse b) since it's not acknowledged as abuse, Akshara is shamed for not informing trying hard enough to inform her abuser of her whereabouts and pregnancy.

What exactly has Abhimanyu done that he deserved to know of Abhir or be a part of his life? And even if he had known, what exactly would have been different?

Everyone knows that abhi lost his 6 yrs and he himself has accepted it. Before BP reopened the custody case, all abhi wanted was abhir to know that even abhi is his father. He never wanted to take abhir away from Akshara and he has always referred all 3 as abhir's parents. It's always Akshara who referred only herself and Abhinav as abhir's parents.

Also sole custody idea was BPs and abhi agreed to it and he was not even expecting to win the case, given the situation that abhir had both mother and father on the other side. Now, that he has won, shouldn't he get time to bond with his son as well???

Also, the question here is not about the actor, it's about the character, if JS had played the role of abhi, we would have the same stand!!!

People could really stop jumping the gun with age-shaming accusations. 40 bhi gaali hai iss forum par "youthful" bhi. Jo aap DV ke baare mein baat kar rahe hai, waisa kuch na dikhaya hai ya phir uska zikr hua hai kabhi bhi in S3. It is a sensitive topic and aise hi nahi daal sakte hai in a show. If at all usko DV consider Kiya hua hota, toh in last 6 months, that would be been brought up, like the BC fraud case.

Also, if you have seen S2, there Kirti ke saath DV hua tha and it was brought up and the abuser got punished as well.

I am not defending abhi here as what he did was horrible that day!!! He got his punishment, being with family he was lonely for 6 yrs, he lost his time with his son for 6 yrs, he realised his mistakes and is redeeming.

Filing the case is done by his mother right….he didn’t stop it…he kept quiet for a while till abhir recovers…actually at analogy does make sense in this situation…because him and his mom not separate teams right…

His mother and BP can only push the other party to file.

Only Akshara and Abhimanyu can file the case.

Also, again it's clear as day light that the plaintiffs were Akshnav and Abhimanyu Defendant.

Why would Akshara and Abhinav go to court when they already had the custody of Abhir? It is Abhimany who claimed himself as aggrieved party and went to court to assert his rights as a biological father and gain the custody of Abhir.


So it is not clear as daylight who was the petitioner and who the respondent, at least to me.

Both party can't be defendant. As per what is shown Akshara filed the case. Like Abhimanyu filed it the first time during Surgery and then scrapped it during that time Abhimanyu was plaintiff and Akshara defendant.

This time under the influence of BP that we will file a case and we will win mind you. We will not tell Abhir the truth ever. Akshara filed the case that makes her plaintiff and the case was against Abhimanyu so that makes him defendant.

@bold first of all i am not making up words. That's the legal language of when you go file a case.

Second I watch this show and i am allowed to share my opinion on any character. Surprisingly, when i used to comment on how stupid Abhimanyu is looking, uski harkatein is ajeeb no one said to me that don't make such comment talk about your favourite or anything now that I am on the other side i get this lecture everyother day.

As long as i follow COC of forum i can share my remarks on the show and it's characters.
